Please join the Board and Management for light refreshments after the AGM.
To receive and consider the Financial Report, the Directors’ Report and
the Auditor’s Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2018.
Members can view the 2018 Annual Report, which contains the Financial
Report, the Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report, on the NRMA
website at mynrma.com.au/agm.
Members can attend the AGM and participate by asking questions:
in person at the official venue; or
from any other place via the online portal https://agmlive.link/NRMA18
For more information about how to attend via the online portal, including
how to ask questions, please refer to the AGM Online Portal User Guide
available on the NRMA website at mynrma.com.au/agm. You will be
able to test your web browser from 9:30am on the day of the AGM to
ensure that you can see and hear the proceedings.
Conduct of the AGM
Under the Corporations Act 2001, the Directors are required to lay before
the meeting the Financial Report, Directors’ Report and Auditor’s Report
for the financial year ended 30 June 2018. No resolution is required for
this item of ordinary business.
The Chair will also give Members a reasonable opportunity to ask
questions about, or make comments on, the business of the AGM or the
management of the NRMA.
The Auditor will be in attendance to address Members’ questions about the
conduct of the audit, the Auditor’s Report, the accounting policies adopted
by NRMA in relation to the preparation of the Financial Report and the
independence of the Auditor in relation to the conduct of the audit.
The Chair will exercise their powers as the chair of the meeting to ensure
it is conducted in an orderly, courteous and timely fashion, in the interests
Appointment of Proxy
A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the AGM has the right to
appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be
a Member and may be an individual or a body corporate.
As there are no resolutions for Members to vote on at the AGM a proxy
form has not been provided. However, if you wish to appoint a proxy you
can do so:

request a proxy form be sent for you to complete and return.
The appointment of your proxy must be received by the Returning Officer
no later than 10.00am (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 31 October 2018.
Questions from Members in Advance
Members who would like to submit questions in advance of the AGM
may do so by:
sending a fax to (02) 9287 0309; or
posting to Locked Bag A14, Sydney South NSW 1235.
Written questions in advance must be received by 10.00am on Friday,
19 October 2018. The Chair will seek to address as many of the more
frequently raised question topics as possible during the AGM.
Novotel Sydney Olympic Park is located in Sydney Olympic Park. For those
Members with limited mobility, access to the venue via lifts is available.
Registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and other assistance dogs are
welcome. Access to a hearing loop is available during the AGM. For more

There are several transport options for those Members attending in
person, including train, bus and car. Members travelling to the AGM by:
train or bus: Plan your trip by visiting https://transportnsw.info or call
the TransportNSW Infoline on 131 500;
car: There is undercover and street parking available. Some car spaces
can be booked through Divvy www.divvyparking.com. Alternatively,
there are various taxi or rideshare providers available.
